Not on this plane

Green Day singer ejected from flight over pants

The lead singer of the alternative group "Green Day," Billie Joe Armstrong, was asked to leave an airline flight because of the way he was wearing his pants. A flight attentant ask Billie to pull up his pants and when he replied with, "Shouldn't you be worried about other things," he was asked to leave the plane. Billie elected to take the next flight after being apoloized to by someone who works for Southwest Airlines.

This is too funny. I hate the way these kids and some older people (Billie Joe Armstrong) are wearing their pants down around their knees. It isn't attractive at all. I really am not interested in what color or what kind of underwear they are wearing. It's not good to have to look at, nor is it dress appropriate. I hope they don't wear their pants like that when they are going to an interview.

Even though I don't like to see someone wearing their pants around their knees and showing off their underwear, I know I can't change it. I have to accept it but I don't have to look at it. I wouldn't go up to someone I don't know and tell them to pull up their pants. There's a lot of different things that I don't like and if I went around telling everyone what I don't like about them then I wouldn't have any friends.

This flight attendant shouldn't have opened her mouth about what this guy was wearing or how he was wearing it. That's not something that has to be checked by the airlines to ride safety in a plane. What could had happened with this guy wearing his pants down around his knees to harm anyone else or to put the flight in any kind of danger? I think this flight attendant was being bias and she should check her opinions at the door of her home before going to work. Fly with safety not with opinions flying out of ones mouth about what you look like to them, who cares?
